Yes, you can prepare for the USAT in 30 days. The plan is simple: do 1 mock test on day 1 to see where you stand, fix your weak parts in weeks 1 to 3, and do full timed papers in week 4. Do 2 to 3 hours a day and write 1 essay every week.
Day 1: take a full mock test first
Most students start by reading books from page 1. That wastes time. Instead, do 1 full USAT paper in 100 minutes on the first day. Your score tells you exactly which sections need work. Do not worry if it is low. That is the point of day 1.
Week 1: English and maths reasoning
These 45 MCQs are the same in every group, so they are the biggest part of your score.
- Learn 15 new words a day (synonyms and antonyms come a lot).
- Do 20 maths MCQs a day: percentages, ratios, averages, speed and simple algebra.
- Read 1 short English passage a day and answer the questions on it.

Week 2: your subject part (30 MCQs)
- Revise the main chapters of your FSc, ICS, ICom or FA subjects.
- After each chapter, do a short practice set on it straight away.
- Write down every fact you got wrong in one notebook. Read that notebook every night.
See the guide for your group: Pre-Medical, Pre-Engineering, Computer Science, or Arts, Commerce and General Science.
Week 3: mix everything and add essays
- Do 2 full mock tests this week.
- On the other days, do practice sets only on your weakest section.
- Write 2 practice essays in the time limit: 25 minutes for the argument essay and 15 minutes for the story.
Week 4: full papers like the real test
- Do 1 full timed paper every day, at the same time as your real test if you can.
- After each paper, read the explanation of every wrong answer. This is where you really learn.
- In the final week, follow our last 7 days plan. Stop new topics 2 days before the test. Just revise your notebook and sleep well.
My honest advice
The students who do best are not the ones who study the most hours. They are the ones who check their mistakes. A mock test you do not review is half wasted. On Tayar Karo every question has an explanation, so after each test you can see exactly why the right answer is right.

Common questions
Is 30 days enough to prepare for USAT?
Yes, for most students. The USAT is based on Matric and FSc level topics, so 30 days of daily practice is enough to get a good score if you start with a mock test and fix your weak parts.
How many mock tests should I do before USAT?
Try to do at least 8 full timed mock tests in the last 2 weeks, and check every wrong answer after each one.
Which books are best for USAT?
Your own FSc, ICS, ICom or FA textbooks are the best for the subject part. For verbal and maths reasoning, timed practice MCQs help more than any book.
How many hours a day should I study for USAT?
2 to 3 focused hours a day is enough. Daily practice works better than long study on a few days.
